Alessandro Console Studio is an idea-based architectural practice.

The Studio is involved in architecture, urban planning and landscape design at different levels and scales, developing its ideas and strategies through the participation in architectural competitions, workshops and researches.

The field of interest of the Studio ranges between the investigation of the public space and the study of the relationship existing between the concepts of Nature and Artifice.

Since its establishing, Alessandro Console Studio has received several awards and honours, among which:
the 1st Prize in the 8th Arquine International Competition: "A Site Museum for Tulum", with the project of a hypogeous museum in the major archaelogical site of Mexico; the Merit Award in the second stage of the International Architectural Competition for HKDI, with the project of the new Hong Kong Design Institute; has been selected as Finalist for the second stage of the International Design Competition for Central Open Space in MAC, with the project of the major green area in Sejong, new administrative city of the Republic of Korea.
In 2009 its work has been awarded the "Europe 40 Under 40", an international award conferred by Chicago Athenaeum and European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies to the 40 best young european architects;
in 2010 it has been selected for the New Italian Blood Top 10 of the best young italian architects.
Its projects have been published and exhibited in Italy, Mexico, Spain, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Serbia and Greece.

The work of Alessandro Console Studio is supported by B-RAIN, an independent research lab devoted to architectural thinking.
Alessandro Console
Alessandro C. Console (1980) is a PhD architect and a former graffiti-artist.
He studied Architecture in Rome and Madrid (ETSAM) and he graduated with Honors in 2004 from "Sapienza" University of Rome, studying under Professor Franco Purini. Then, he received a PhD in Architectural Composition DRCA from IUAV University of Venice with a dissertation on Adalberto Libera's work between the two World Wars: "Il Palazzo delle Poste a Roma di Adalberto Libera e Mario De Renzi. L'aspirazione al classico e la ricerca dell'unità nella costruzione del grande edificio pubblico".
In 2004 he was co-founder of 5NOVE_architettura and in 2007 he established the architectural practice Console/Oliva.
In 2007 he was International Distinguished Juror in the 15th APIDA (Asia Pacific Interior Design Award) in Hong Kong.
Between 2004 and 2009 he taught as Assistant Teacher in the "Laboratorio di Progettazione" at Valle Giulia School of Architecture in Rome.
